JENNIFER JO COBB—NASCAR’s Perennial Good looking Lady and a Pretty Good Driver
Tags: SlideShow
JJC has been racing in either the ARCA, Nationwide or Truck series since 2002. In 2010 JJC drove for her own team, Jennifer Jo Cobb Racing, in the Camping World Truck series. She ended up placing 17th over all in the point standing, which is the highest female standing in any of the NASCAR series ever.
In the 2011, JJC was driving for the 2nd Chance Nationwide car owned by Rick Russell. At the spring race in Bristol, Rick Russell gave instructions for her to run one lap and then bring the car back to the garage. JJC chose to park the car before the race started in protest to Rick Russell’s instructions. Probably a bad decision on her part since she was subsequently fired. See first video.
JJC’s plans for 2012 have not been announced. I think the most likely thing is for her to bring back her truck team.
