MELEA and the WILD ‘’37 FORD

It was late in the day and I must have been tired when I caught up with Melea and Ronnie Tipton’s ’37 Ford. These were two great subjects and I seemed to have missed on every picture. I went ahead and posted both subjects deserve recognition. I loved the looks of the ’37 Ford and truly admired Ronnie for putting a state of the art LSX drive train in his beautiful car. Ronnie, with help from his son, did all the work themselves to build this beautiful car. Note the chromed brake rotors.

ALYASSA, A Plus Rod and Kustoms, and Fairway Auto Sales

I know it’s a mouthful but it’s all part of the story. Alyssa is a college and was at the event to help her boyfriend with his business. Her boyfriend owns A Plus Rod and Kustoms who had a booth at the show. Fairway Auto Sales provided the 1938 Ford Humpback posing car. The 1938 Ford Humpback Ford has a 350 T.P.I. engine with an overdrive automatic, air conditioning and power everything. The paint/body and exterior were all excellent.

STAR, ROB and 1937 Ford

Star and Rob were celebrating their seventh anniversary the very day I took this picture at the GoodGuys event. It looks like Star was wanting to get the celebration started right away. Rob had recently finished building this spectacular 1937 Ford coupe and was offering it for sale. That’s what Rob does, builds and then sell his hot rods. Star and Rob hauled the car in from their home in Terry Haute In. Back in Terry Haute Star hauls mail for the USPS
